Leadership Team: Meet the executives driving Premium Place Investments forward.
A post- graduate of the University of Leicester, school of management (ULSM), Leicester, UK, where he obtained a master’s in business administration (Finance). He is also a graduate of the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, with a Bsc. in Chemical Engineering (1984) and a former student of St. Augustine College Cape Coast (1976 &1978). He holds a Ghana Securities Industry certificate (2003).
He started his career with the then GIHOC Paints Co. Ltd in January 1985 in Tema, where he rose to become the Head of Laboratories. He later joined the Brewing Giant, GUINNESS Ghana Ltd as a Brewer Trainee, later becoming certified by the Institute of Brewing, London, and becoming the first Ghanaian to achieve certification in 1992. For several years he worked for Prime Training and Development Consultants, then located at Ramia House, Accra, as a junior Consultant. This work involved training management and staff in both Industry and Government Agencies in the areas of Quality control, management practice, and Leadership. Some of the institutions involved included The Bank of Ghana, Electricity Company of Ghana, The CHRAJ, GTP, the former Juapong Textiles Co. Ltd etc.
In November 2007 he was invited to join SEM Capital Management Ltd as General Manager. He was later appointed as Executive Director of the company and remained at this post until he resigned on the 24th of October 2013. He also worked as a local Tutor for the University of Leicester School of Management in both the MBA and MSC (Finance) programs and lectured at the Ghana Stock Exchange where he taught for several years in courses such as The Introduction to Investments, Corporate Finance, and Portfolio Management.
He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Premium Place Investments Ltd as the Managing Director/CEO in November 2013, and is currently the Managing and CEO of the company. He has been happily married to Rosemond since 14th February, 1987 and has been blessed with three (3) adult children.
Selasi Korshiwor Ocloo, BCom, ICAG (Part 3), GISI is the Head, Accounting and Finance and responsible for matters related to Compliance of Premium Place Investments Ltd. She is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast, with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (2013). She joined Premium Place Investments Ltd in August 2019 as the Accounting and Compliance Officer, preparing Monthly and Quarterly reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC.
In February 2022 she was promoted to the position of Principal Accounts Officer , responsible for all Payroll issues and the preparation of the Profit and Loss accounts, Cash Flow Statements and the Balance Sheet. In October 2023, she was promoted to the position of Head, Accounting and Finance.
As the substantive Compliance Officer, Selasi is responsible for all AML/CFT/CPF returns to the SEC and liaises with the Board of Directors of Premium Place Investments to ensure Compliance with the law.
She previously worked for the Ghana Statistical Service in 2018 as a Field Officer, and Vanguard Assurance Company Ltd during her internship in 2016. She did her National Service with Hollard Insurance Company Ltd in 2012. Selasi K. Ocloo is a member of the Management Team of Premium Place Investments Ltd.
Mr. Adjinu joined PPI in March 2025. He is the Group Finance Manager of GTI Holdings since July, 2024. His responsibilities as manager cuts across reporting of all finance-related matters of 13 active subsidiaries in Africa, Dubai, USA and China. He has over 14+ years of experience developing and implementing business & finance strategies, driving business performance, implementing internal controls, integrating finance applications and leading people. His experience cuts across multiple sectors like audit practice, retail, banking, manufacturing, fintech and complex projects.
He has financial skills in financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, policy development, process improvement, application integration, strategy finance, financial planning and analysis. His leadership skills cut across integrity, high ethical standards, strategy focus, critical thinking and relationship builder. He has IT skills in ERPs like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and an advanced user of Office 360.
He directed and managed treasury, accounting, accounts payable, and tax functions across Ghana and other West African markets including Liberia, Sierra Leone, Benin, and Guinea Conakry. Implemented strategic financial initiatives to strengthen liquidity, improve cash flow management, and achieve business revenue targets. Delivered over four years of month-end and year-end closure experience, combining strong technical treasury accounting and TRM project implementation expertise.
