Mr. Enyo Koku Matrevi (Board Chairman): Matrevi Koku Enyo is a professional Geotechnical Engineer with nearly Thirty-Two years of Civil Engineering practice with the Ghana Highway Authority under the Ministry of Roads and Highway of Ghana. Mr. Matrevi holds an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Leicester of the United Kingdom, an MSc. in Geotechnical Engineering from the Univ. Of Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a BSc. (Hons) in Geological Engineering (1988) – Univ. Of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. His Professional Affiliations include; Senior Member, Ghana Institution of Engineers (MGhIE: 01830). Member of Civil Engineering Professional Interview (CEPI) GhIE, Ghana, Member of TC11 : Ghana Building Code: Ghana Standard Board, Former Member, Monitoring & Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Roads & Highways (2014 - 2019). Member, Sitting Committee, Ghana Nuclear Power Program, Member, Ghana Geotechnical Society, Member, Ghana Geological Society (M.GGS), Member, International Association of Concrete, USA (IAC) and a Member, International Geosynthetics Society, (IGS). Mr. Matrevi is currently the Executive Director of EM Geotech Limited, a Civil and Geotechnical Engineering concern.

Mr. Mark Obeng-Appau (Non-Executive Director): Mark Kwaku Obeng-Appau is currently the Enterprise Risk Analyst/Chief Risk Officer at GOIL Company Ltd. Obeng-Appau is also an Investment Banker, a corporate strategist, a global security and policy analyst, and a motivational public speaker. He consults concurrently for the Johannesburg-based consulting firm, Equilibrium Consulting Group, as a Management Consulting Partner on a part-time basis focusing on corporate strategic design, leadership coaching, and effective team building. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Southern Africa (IoDSA). Mark has over 20years of incredible experience in the financial services industry, in both banking and non-banking, the private sector, the utility sector, and the oil and gas industry as well. In collaboration with Equilibrium Consulting, South Africa, Mark has consulted for several South African-based conglomerates including Tshwane Rapid Transport (TRP) in Pretoria and Great North Transport (GNT) in Limpopo. He holds a double Masters in MBA with Specialty in Banking & Finance from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, a Master of Science (MSC) from the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College where he studied Defense, Strategic Studies and International Politics, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) degree from the University of Cape Coast. As an Accra Academy old boy, Obeng-Appau loves sports. He is a warm person with broad international exposure, a faith believer, a family man and a wonder public speaker, a teacher’s teacher, excited about servant leadership, a philanthropist, and a passionate advocate for the course of the vulnerable.

Mr. David Kofi Afflu (Non-Executive Director): David is a senior business leader with over 20 years of management experience in various roles in General Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Project Management, Customer Experience, and Retailing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Petroleum & Telecoms Sectors. He was the Business Unit Director at PZ Cussons Gh PLC from June 2014 to January 2020. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ghana and an Advance Certificate in Marketing. He is the proud winner of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana’s (CIMG) Marketing Practitioner award for the Year 2017. 

Mr. Leopold J.W.K. Bray (Managing Director): Leopold is a post-graduate of the University of Leicester, school of management (ULSM), Leicester, UK, where he obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance). He is also a graduate of the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, with a Bsc. in Chemical Engineering, and a former student of St. Augustine College Cape Coast and holds a Ghana Securities Industry certificate. He previously worked with the then GIHOC Paints Co. Ltd, as Head of Laboratories, GUINNESS Ghana Ltd as Brewer, later becoming certified by the Institute of Brewing, London, as the first Ghanaian to achieve certification. He also worked for Prime Training and Development Consultants, as a junior Consultant, SEM Capital Management Ltd as General Manager and later appointed as Executive Director of the company. He lectures at the Ghana Stock Exchange and continues to work as a local Tutor for the University Of Leicester School Of Management in both the MBA and MSC (Finance) programs. He has been recently appointed by the Board of Directors of Premium Place Investments Ltd as the Managing Director/CEO.

Mrs. Yvonne Bosrotsyi (Investment Manager): Yvonne has several years of experience in the savings and loans business and practical investment engagements in the Investment Advisory services sector. She is currently the Investment Manager at Premium Place Investments Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Training Institute, and also the Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange. She has also undertaken various courses in Financial Management, Banking and Human Resource Management from the Pan African Institute of Governance and Leadership. Prior to her current employment, she worked as the Investment Representative of SEM Capital Management Ltd, with Express Savings and Loans as a Deposit Mobilization coordinator overseeing Madina, Tema, and Ashaiman branches and with the Ghana Tourist Board as a marketing assistant. She is happily married with three lovely children.

Mrs. Rosemond Lorreta Bray (Non-Executive Director): Rosemond is the Chief Biomedical Scientist and the former Head of Laboratories at the TRUST Hospital Company Ltd. She has worked for over 24years in the medical field as a Biochemist with Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH, Kumasi), a Senior Biomedical Scientist with the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, and a Principal Biomedical Scientist with SSNIT Hospital in Accra. She holds a post-graduate degree in Clinical Biochemistry (MSc) from KNUST and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the same university. She has attended several international courses, including a full year at the prestigious Obihiro University in Hokkaido, Japan. Rosemond is an old girl of the prestigious Wesley Girls High School, Cape Coast. She is happily married to Leopold and has three lovely adult children.

Professor Sam Kofi Newton (Non-Executive Director): Sam trained as a medical practitioner and is now a Public Health Specialist and a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Community Health of the School of Medical Sciences of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He holds an MBChB degree from KNUST and an MSc in Public Health. He holds a PhD in Epidemiology both from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine of the University of London. Sam is a writer and is married to Sylvia. They have four children and he is a proud son of Achimota School.
